Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement

I agree that, in consideration for access to information submitted to me by AB Marketing, I will:

  • Keep all information provided to me and related to, business, plans, company information, guidelines, questionnaire, scenarios, clients' information, and research in strict confidence.
  • Execute and carry out my allocated assignments according to AB marketing recommendations and client criteria, without adding/ removing from allocated scenarios.

In order for us to consider your application, you need to read, understand then accept the below terms and conditions.

  • All payments including the compensations will be transferred after the beginning of the Second month. eg., Assignments done in January will be paid End of February. The receipts sent must be clear and legible to read the branch name, date, time and other details to consider and assignment valid.
  • All mystery shopping reports should be completed online within 24 hours after your visit. Failure to submit the report on time will result in cancellation of the assignment. Unless it was an emergency and you provide a valid reason and a proof.
  • Incase you fail to do the assignment for any reason without informing AB Marketing at least one working day before the assignment date, or you fail to submit the report within 24 hours, AB Marketing will deduct what equals AED 25 for each assignment you miss or fail to complete its report, unless otherwise agreed with AB Marketing in writing.
  • Before submitting your report online, make sure to attach all required pictures (e.g. receipts .. etc)
  • We will only accept the store's official receipt for the visit ( credit card receipt will not be considered ).

Basis of Cancelling your assignment

The assignment could be rejected, and the mystery shopper/researcher may not receive any compensation in case the report and/or attachments do not meet AB Marketing's/ their client's quality criteria.

The criteria includes but not limited to:

  1. Failing to submit the report on time (within 24 hours of the assignment).
  2. Failing to answer AB Marketing's attempt to communicate through calls, email, text or WhatsApp within a reasonable time or within 48 hours of the assignment, to provide required update or additional information if required by the client.
  3. Making yourself known as a mystery shopper, either by telling the staff directly, taking pictures in front of them, or behaving in a suspicious way.
  4. Conducting any unacceptable behavior during the assignment, such as being confrontational, disrespectful or inappropriate.
  5. Providing false information.
  6. Spending less than 30 minutes in a cafe, less than 45 minutes in a restaurant and less than 20 minutes in retail stores and other small places.
  7. Not covering all the sections in the questionnaire.
  8. Not consuming a beverage for a dine-in visit.
  9. Failing to submit clear and audible audio recordings of both sides of conversation with the staff. (if applicable to your assignment)
  10. Failing to take and attach the required pictures (as applicable to your assignment).
  11. The receipt is not reflecting the name of the brand and location you are visiting (when making a purchase or using services are required).
  12. Failing to attach a clear, full picture of the receipt (if a purchase/ using services are required).
  13. Failing to attach a picture with the barcode/ price label (as applicable to your assignment).
  14. Failing to mention the names of the staff who assisted/ served/ interacted with you during the visit or give accurate description if they are not wearing name tags.
  15. Mentioning names of staff members who are not available in the location.
  16. Not interacting with at least two staff members during the visit (as applicable).
  17. Contradicting your answers or not providing enough objective examples for your selected answers.
  18. Failing to visit the store/ location on the day/ date of your assignment.
  19. Sending someone on your behalf.
  20. Exceeding or falling short of the number of guests allowed for dine-in visits (restaurants and cafes).

Kindly note that most of our clients will be watching your visits on their CCTV as soon as they receive the report in order to validate your answers, so please avoid violating the rules or any breach of the professional conduct and guidelines.
